We would like to introduce a case where we developed a bicycle storage box for designated warehouses using our product "HiPLE-ACE." Since the bicycle only makes contact with the bottom tray at the front wheel and the rear stand, there was a challenge of concentrated load. This was resolved by installing five beams. The ability to change the position of the beams according to the size of the bicycle being packaged allows for the distribution of concentrated loads, which is a unique advantage of cardboard material. Considering the ease of packing, the frame is designed to be wrapped with three panels. Additionally, the front part of the tray can be opened, allowing for careful and smooth operations. We would like to introduce a case where we developed a roll drive packaging using "HiPLE-ACE," which we handle. Previously, high-pressure hoses were stored stacked vertically, but by wrapping them around a pad, we effectively utilized space. Even high-pressure hoses with strong rebound do not bulge when using the robust "HiPLE-ACE."
