[Development Case] Electric Assist Bicycle Packaging

Efforts towards the SDGs and ensuring worker safety! A case where one person can now handle packaging.

We would like to introduce a case study of the development of packaging products for electric assist bicycles using our "Hype Race." Carrying products weighing around 30kg and placing them from above was burdensome for workers, and improving work efficiency through design enhancements was a challenge. Packaging bicycles using all cardboard. Reducing dead space through three-tier stacking. Stored at 1/7 when not in use.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a bicycle storage box for designated warehouses using our product "HiPLE-ACE." Since the bicycle only makes contact with the bottom tray at the front wheel and the rear stand, there was a challenge of concentrated load. This was resolved by installing five beams. The ability to change the position of the beams according to the size of the bicycle being packaged allows for the distribution of concentrated loads, which is a unique advantage of cardboard material. We would like to introduce a case where we developed a hanging packaging for fuel cell material rolls using our product "HiPLE-ACE." To withstand the weight of a 1-ton roll, we increased the packaging strength to a sufficient level for heavy item packaging by layering "HiPLE-ACE" multiple times in the roll support area.
